Aspiring HR Coordinator or within the Department of HR with experience in innovative problem solving, coaching and developing, and custom designs for HRIS processes. A mentor once said "If you can't work with people, you will get nowhere" and it led me to pursuing a career in Human Resources. I was thrown in the deep end and was challenged to increase my interpersonal skills, professional presence and organisational point of view when I first joined the workforce after university. With this newfound knowledge and skill set, I am excited to learn how other organisations function in the same capacity.With inspiration, intention and ambition I want to broaden my horizons by experiencing a variety of professional industries. I look forward to the next five years of further discovery as I step further into a varied career. And who knows? Maybe I might be inspired after those five years to pivot to something remarkable or different.
