Manage a team of developers and designers to support www.flsenate.gov. Responsible for planning the strategic direction of the website. Assist in gathering business requirements and presenting to external and internal stakeholders. Define release schedules and resource plans needed to meet deadlines and complete enhancements. Communicate progress, success and challenges to Senate Leadership.

Managed several projects for The Florida Legislature, including Commission on Ethics' Financial Disclosure Management System; Committee on Ethics and Elections' Executive Confirmation System; and the redesign of the Florida Senate website, www.flsenate.gov. Followed the Project Management Institute processes.

Managed interactive development teams to ensure that local and national projects are completed on-time and as defined in the scope of the project. Communicated with clients and internal stakeholders to gather required elements of projects, status of projects, and maintain expectations and relations. Managed overall web presence through search engine optimization, online marketing tactics and performance measurements and evaluations. Wrote proposals, project specifications and monthly reports.
