My team and I work to enable client testing for our IP video clients. - We work ahead of the testing teams on all upcoming projects to gather requirements, understand scope, build test accounts, ensure the environment is prepared, and create test scenarios for the test teams to use to build test cases from.- We support in progress testing through defect management, triage, and cross functional interactions with teams throughout the company to drive quality.
