A senior position within the Commercial & Legal department of a growing engineering and technology based Service Company within the Oil and Gas industry dealing the provision of goods and services on and offshore.Day to day responsibility for negotiating, drafting and advising on a wide range of high value domestic and international commercial agreements and managing commercial/legal activities on bids and projects.During my time, I was involved in a global initiative to review and redefine current processes and procedures within the commercial/legal function, creating a clear procedure and framework for the contracts function, allowing for improved efficiencies in the contract service offered and transparency across the region to allow collaboration across sites through contract frame agreements.I also led a project that involved the implementation of a centralised contracts database in order to provide proficient contract management and commercial awareness of our current agreements and ongoing commercial management of agreements in place.
