Currently, I am always looking for new and seasoned agents to come join us at our Long & Foster Offices. I do most of the training, encouraging of frustrated agents (yes, it does happen!!), learning new things to pass on. My job is multi-faceted and very interesting--and ever changing.My goal has been and remains to be to maintain a happy, cohesive group of agents and continue to be the number one office in our area--as well as the largest. We have a small Board of Realtors of which I am proud to say that I have over 1/3 as agents in my offices!! The office boasts terrific leadship--we have had the last 7 out of 9 presidents of the Board with another one waiting in the wings. I preach the importance of Community Service and pride of the community. My goal is to continue these lofty goals and to pass the baton on to another competent leader upon my retirement--when the time comes....Specialties: I have been the Board of Realtor's president for two terms, sat on countless committees at the local, state, and national levels. I served as the District Vice President for a two year term.
