To take responsibility for specific, HR related process development/improvement projects, working with relevant stakeholders and internal colleagues to ensure their effective delivery in line with corporate and HR requirements. To provide support, advice and guidance to the HR Services and Operations Teams in identifying, scoping and implementing HR process or system improvements across the University Group.To be a member of various project teams across the Group, as required, providing the expert HR input and in particular in relation to transactional processes. My main focus over the last 6 months has been Graduate Internships and Apprenticeships; the projects have given me a real passion for employability, professional development and cross-University partnerships. Career development is something I have a real passion for, I think it’s important that staff have the right career paths and structures in place and I believe HR have a key role to play in growing talent within, I really enjoy being part of that development process.I am very familiar with MS Office, including MS Project. I am very experienced in using and developing our HR System, particularly in terms of e-recruitment and I have trained and supported the HR Team in the use of systems on a number of occasions. I have experience of networking and liaising with a range of stakeholders. I previously worked as a Business Partner and as such had to liaise with a number of key stakeholders in my client groups. I am very professional, approachable and will always try and seek out new opportunities where possible. I have a strong recruitment background, I managed the Recruitment Team, ensuring high quality customer service and I have set up many systems and processes from scratch.
