About Debbie Hansen

As the Founder & CEO of The Flora May Foundation, a non-profit organization providing support and empowerment to parents with children in need, I have been leading the vision, strategy, and operations for over eight years.Under my leadership, The Flora May Foundation has been recognized as the 2023’s & 2024’s Outstanding Non-Profit of the Year by the American Business Association, 2023’s Thought Leader of the Year and 2022’s Woman of the Year award in the non-profit/government category.The Flora May Foundation has been presented with awards from the U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, County of Orange and many other achievement recognitions. I assembled a board of directors of entirely women who excel in their careers, share our mission, and have secured multiple grants, partnerships, and fundraisers to support our various programs and events. I’m extremely proud of the impact we’ve made on the lives of thousands of families, and am committed to expanding our reach and influence in the future.
