Responsible for implementing the company’s strategic plan of opening and developing hospices in North and South Carolina (Coastal Region). Responsible for start-up, development and growth of six hospice agencies within one year, as well as continued growth and development of additional hospices in South Carolina to include over site of nine hospices

Developed home health care policies and procedures, and obtained licensure, Medicare certification and JCAHO accreditation. Responsible for the development and implementation for ancillary programs such as the in home daily monitoring of vital signs utilizing the HomMed telemonitoring system, corporate wellness programs, senior center wellness programs and an in home emergency response program.
