March Recruitment is an Independent Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Weybridge. Within my role I most enjoyed advising and coaching candidates to identify and value their skills. I guided them in CV preparation and in exploring roles that suit them best. I worked with Corporates and SME clients in the local area to introduce them to quality candidates who have the skills they need and who fit the style and culture of each individual client.

Working alongside my father we provided advice and connections for individuals seeking venture capital. With an ability to make connections at senior management level in corporates and SMEs we also acted as introducers for a firm of solicitors and a technology company who developed an innovative mobile payment system for business users.
