With over 38 years of Personal and Commercial Banking experience, my key priority is delivering an exceptional client experience. Enabling delivery of the best sales solutions involves a full discovery from client conversations, particularly regarding Cash Management and Deposit Solutions. It's also important to ensure execution excellence by focusing on delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience for both existing and new clients. As a service champion for RBCx, responding to client concerns means thoroughly analyzing the situation, searching for solutions, and identifying and leveraging appropriate partners to resolve any issues. To serve clients well, it's important to proactively review their ever-changing and unique day-to-day banking needs, and then recommend the best solutions. Actively participating in ongoing contact programs is also essential to forge strong relationships with clients, staying in touch and helping them grow and scale.As a volunteer instructor at the YWCA for over 25 years, I am passionate about nutritional, physical and mental well-being and helping others get fit, stay fit and focussing on a healthier lifestyle.
