• Develop and implement a risk based Quality Management System (QMS) across all 7 WhiteWave Food manufacturing facilities, including implementation plans, risk assessment tool, guidance documents and readiness/gap reviews• Train approximately 80 QMS Owners and assess all WhiteWave Foods facilities against the QMS requirements• Lead internal plant audits: 7 WWF facilities and guidance for GFSI compliance and certification, support 7 QA Managers and 7 Document Controllers• Provide technical support to all WWF facilities by recommending and following up on QMS implementation plans and corrective actions from internal and third party audits• Accountable for creating GFSI/ Food Safety programs and documentation to ensure GFSI certification within 90 days of consumer production at new facility start-up – 3 facility start-ups as of 2017• Communicate audit findings to QA leadership team and perform follow-up and closing activities for internal audits• Coordinate and manage external audit schedules and assist with facility audits for compliance to internal and external standard(s) for compliance to regulatory, corporate and facility quality systems• Create action plans for GAP closure and facilitate activity• Develop, implement, and train on SharePoint document control center for Corporate, Corporate Lab, and all 7 WhiteWave facilities• Facilitate the creation and standardization of quality documentation at the Corporate and Manufacturing facilities to meet regulatory, quality and food safety standard requirements • Ensure plant level compliance to GFSI (SQF, BRC & FSSC) and internal QMS compliance• Strong knowledge of SQF, BRC, FSSC, HACCP, GMPs, GLPs, FSMA, FDA/CFR food safety, PRPs, sanitation, hygienic design, food safety, kosher, organic, warehousing, plant production, and continuous improvement

• Perform chemical analysis and data interpretation for catalyst R&D • Supply management with statistical results of trial catalyst from catalysis PhD team.• Create custom blend gases for catalyst reactor experiments
