Organising all the work related events in secondary schools across Havering and Redbridge. Establishing contacts in schools and creating contracts for both short term and long term objectives for schools to fit into their employability training needs for students. I also gained experience working in partnership with the local LA setting up a new training scheme for new Apprenticeships in the Borough.

Organising the administration for the office. Dealing with invoices, purchase orders, human resource files, recruitment drives, health and safety committee, sales team travel arrangements, board meeting management including minutes, and ad hoc administration duties.

Managing the day to day running of the office. Supporting the sales team with travel arrangements. Processing orders and invoices. Dealing with international shipments. Supporting the CEO and CFO and organising the reception area.

Providing administrative support to the CFO of the regional office. Producing funding committee packs for assessors and minuting funding meetings. Providing support to the administrative team as well as grant assessors when needed.

Supporting the Financial Advisor with mortgage applications, insurance policy applications and other financial services. Liaising with banks and insurance companies to meet customer deadlines.
