As a Zumba Instructor I am able to do what I love and benefit from exercise at the same time. I love encouraging others and through dance I can to that just by making everyone feel welcomed.

In this role I had multiple job duties. My desk was the center of the office where I received all faxes and E-Scribed all medications. I also took all calls at the nurses desk and handled accordingly. I electronically sent all PA's for mediation authorization, and faxed orders for medical test needed. My end of the day task was to make sure all patient's were called back with information they were requesting.

As I am not doing this business anymore, I enjoyed this time of my life handling a small business at home. Relationships with my customers and serving them was the highlight of my day often.

I really enjoyed this position. I learned so much and was able to use my skills to do the best job that I was capable of doing. I managed the employees and made sure customers were taken care of. I also did payroll and ordered all merchandise. I would jump in to help with other task as needed especially after hurricane katrina when we were extremely busy. Our team worked well together in such a hard time for our city and I was very proud to be a part of helping others through our business.
