-Led NFL Brand evolution project, working directly with Chief Marketing Officer and external Brand Strategist to evaluate and formulate a refined NFL Brand Foundation. -Led Youth & High School Football brand architecture project including evaluation, naming, structure recommendations, and logo development for over 30 programs aimed at growing a priority demographic. -Provided strategic direction to NFL Advertising campaigns across multiple agencies for TV, digital and social content, ensuring that work meets internal and client goals.-Developed and executed branding strategies; created Brand Frameworks and Creative Briefs to establish creative direction.-Oversaw Values and Character development across the NFL as member of four-person team across three locations. -Led marketing strategy development and execution for Player Health & Safety initiative across multiple platforms including TV, digital and social media.-Evaluated and established policies and processes for branding integration between departments.-Led Club logo and uniform development process, working with NFL teams and Nike, including multiple initiatives for 2016 season, including Color Rush uniforms for all Clubs.-Managed Brand Director, Brand Manager, Brand Coordinator, Copywriter and Quality Control group, focusing on development and professional growth of team members.
