Responsible for building and managing the NHIA Advising Program. Assisted the Academic Dean and functioned as key support person to the Senior Management Team at NHIA. Responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures for institutional effectiveness influencing all areas of the college, from admissions and retention, to academic content and quality. Served as Chairperson to NHIA’s Assessment Committee, in order to generate evaluation criteria and data tracking devices to analyze student outcomes in both studio and liberal arts courses. Worked closely with the dean, the registrar, academic chairpersons, and admissions personnel to ensure student satisfaction and institutional effectiveness around registration periods and procedures.
