Due to my interest in sustainability linked to the fashion/textile industry, I established Devï in April 2018 while interning with the Saheli Women in Jodhpur, India. As a sub-branch from the NGO IPHD (Institute for Philanthropy and Humanitarian Development), 'Saheli Women' is a social enterprise that allows until now 40 women to be employed in clothing production in a way to become financially independent. We work exclusively with high-quality fabrics like silk saris and pashmina scarfs that we up-cycle into unique clothing pieces. Case study on farmers in the Khon Kaen project area, Thailand. Conducting a research on the social impacts of the KT (Knowledge Transfer) program and to what extent shared value for both farmers and East-West Seed is created through this. Identifying areas of improvement and giving advice regarding the KT department to the company.

Planning a project on how to establish an organic cotton field in the desert area outside of Jodhpur, India. Analyzing input options/alternatives (fertilizers, seeds, dripping and shading systems, etc.), creating a financial plan and final report. Working for the 'Girls' Education' and 'Health Care' projects that IPHD is running in the rural desert village Bhikamkor: Assisting the Doctors & Gynecologists, planning/supervising the production processes in the Saheli Women Center, contact person for the Saheli Women clients.

- Working on an Unesco MAB (Man and Biosphere) Program aiming to bring the Luxembourgish society again closer to the country's nature and history, specifically regarding the remarkable biodiversity and Red Rocks Region in the south of Luxembourg which made a substantial contribution to the Grand Duchy’s economic development and rapid rise in prosperity during the mid-19th century.- Coordination of the MAB working group in Luxembourg, arranging meetings and writing the first official MAB UNESCO application draft.- Participating in reunions at the Unesco Headquarters in Paris and writing reports on environmental, social and cultural related subjects

- Writing reports during conferences on projects related to sustainable development and innovation topics such as : "Third Industrial Revolution (Jeremy Rikfin), "Luxembourg Sustainable Development Finance Platform"- Organizing workshops/events for the Luxembourgish youth on the 17 SDG and what Luxembourg could do to achieve these goals by 2030- Translation from English to Luxembourgish of the Translation from English to Luxembourgish of the Comic "The Planet and The 17 Goals" by Margreet de Heer
