Initially I joined and worked in the credit control department in Hove. Here I worked chasing debts where customers had moved and not paid their bills. I then moved onto current accounts sending letters and calling customers to pay their current outstanding bills. I then was promoted to supervisor and moved to Crawley where I helped other employees and assisted with customers. From then I applied internally to move to the pensions department. Here my job consisted of setting up and paying pensions to staff who retired as well as dealing with redundancy payments and pension transfers.
