Responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance /operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition / Q12 orgeneral program oversight. • Engage in initial requirements gathering for all assigned test efforts/projects.• Review all business and functional requirements in Blueprint to identify and alleviate ambiguities. • Partner with Project or Implementation Manager to ensure appropriate resources have been assigned to the testing effort• Partner with other testing groups (IFT/QA; PET) to create the following combined ETM documents for all assigned test efforts/projects o High level and detailed sizing estimateso Test Plan and/or Test Strategy documentationo Test Scripts and Test Cases Wrapper documento Testing Sign-Off document• Partner with developers, other testing teams and LOB contacts to ensure all testing efforts are thoroughly and accurately documented in the Test Plan document• Create test scenarios and test cases via Excel and/or within HP ALM (Hewlett Packard Application Lifecycle Management)• Maintain all requirements, test scripts and defects in HP ALM (Hewlett Packard Application Lifecycle Management) tool through duration of project lifecycle• Facilitate meetings to review project documentation and resolve testing questions• Ensure all test-specific documents are saved to projects’ dedicated SharePoint sites and shared drives• Ensure UAT, UAT Regression and Defects testing events are completed by established project deadlines and have thoroughly met project and testing objectives• Ensure completion of Post-Production Validation (PPV) testing• Partner with Operations, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and Business Analysts (BA’s) to ensure all project and testing deliverables are completed without delays• Provide to management a weekly project status updates on department’s internal SharePoint site• Provide daily testing status updates to the project team during formal UAT script execution• Create Lessons Learned document, route it to Project Manager and participate in scheduled Lessons Learned session• Provide coaching to team members across work streams as needed
