• Collaborate with Human Resources and Business Unit leaders to identify, develop, and drive the Mobile and Business Solutions (MBS) organizations transformation strategy to AT&T’s corporate 2020 Vision• Endorse an integrated, aligned, and consistent focus and discipline across the Mobile and Business Solution organizations while enabling the workforce to drive their own career development guided by leaders acting as coaches

• Led the program management office responsible for the Velocity IP broadband expansion project tied to the Chairman’s top 5 business objectives• Partnered with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and communicate performance metrics distributed to all levels of management including the Chairman.

• Led a team of 200-500 engineers (internal and external) focused on engineering, planning, design, and provisioning of transport facilities for over 5000 cell sites in support of AT&T’s Mobility network expansion and upgrade capabilities including AT&T’s 4G LTE network• At the request of leadership, rotated to a National role to implement the best practices my team and I developed that drove efficiencies via streamlined processes, tools, and standard metrics across all Regions• Partnered with outside Telecommunication Carriers to drive timely delivery of cell site transport

• Responsible for multiple teams of network engineers (BSC planners, Transport planners, Interconnect engineers, Facility engineers, and Translations engineers) focused on planning, design, engineering, and capacity management of the AT&T Mobility interconnect, transport, and IP/ATM networks to ensure demands of the business were accomplished without customer impacts• Managed a capital budget of over $100M staying within budget

• Responsible for directing, overseeing, managing, and coordinating the activities necessary to ensure over 50 HQ driven Network related projects were prioritized and implemented in a timely manner through a staff of ten Project Managers. These projects included voice, data, and FCC mandated projects, such as Prepaid, SMSC, DataConnect, E911, CALEA, TTY, and WLNP.• Successfully developed and implemented best practices to drive collaboration, communication, and prioritization of the implementation of new Network-based services. • Assigned to special project, Network Transformation project, focused on the project management of implementing the GSM Network core elements for both voice and data, including HLR, GFLEX, CSD, SMS, and GPRS

• Directed a team of Network Planning Managers focused on new products and services development, responsible for the architectural design, technical requirements documentation, and coordination of business case development in partnership with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Regulatory teams ranging from $50K-$10M throughout the Great Lakes Region.• Collaborated with technical equipment vendors on voice and data product roadmap discussions, such project Lucent switch evolution, Ericsson switch modernization project, GSM/TDMA Interoperability.• Championed a best practice of the Engineering Project Steering Committee (PSC) process focused on efficiencies, communication and improved cycle time that was taken nationally.
