Interviewed, Evaluated, Trained over 250 volunteers in Eastern NC to accomplish the In –Prison, Aftercare and Angel Tree ministry work. Informed Community Civic groups, churches, and businesses of needs of Inmates and their families that will prepare them for a more successful re-entry with help of community. Created and maintained Data Base for Resources and Volunteers in Eastern NC. Offered resources to Inmates and their families. Led monthly community meetings; completed weekly and monthly reports, maintained project spreadsheets

Interview, evaluate, encourage, counsel, and train over 500 volunteers staff for various responsibilities pertaining to the over all duties within their job description. Created and led programs that equipped clients with tools to prepare to be parents, and make better decisions. Started peer counseling as a volunteer in 1989 and in 2000 was hired as the Client Service Director. Duties included but are not limited to Counseling, mentoring people in crisis and in an unplanned pregnancy. Family, couple and individual counseling. Trained over 500 volunteers to use resources to help clients. Plan and organize Peer Counseling Trainings and Bi-monthly In-Services throughout the year. Presented materials to churches, businesses, and community events that educated them on needs of adolescence pregnancy. Established, grew and maintained contacts with 40 outside agencies and businesses in the community. Taught and organized Childbirth Classes. Organized Post Abortions Care and Education Program, planned PACE Leadership meetings and retreats, visited churches and civic organizations to advertise for PACE.
