Banjima Native Title Aboriginal Corporation was formed in 2013 in accordance with the Banjima Native Title Determination to hold the Native Title Rights and interests of Banjima Country for and on behalf of the Common Law Native Title Holders. A Not for Profit Registered Charity. The Corporation was effectively still a start up operation; a high change environment, establishing people, process and systems necessary for a fully functioning Native Title Prescribed Body Corporate. My role was to conduct a strategic, governance and compliance review of the Corporation; the outcomes of which included the implementation of a robust financial governance framework.

JWH Group is a privately owned diversified residential housing group. 3rd largest builder in WA, 20th largest private company in WA. Employees ~550, Revenue ~$350m.I reported directly to the Managing Director and Owner- Julian Walter. My title may have been CFO/Company Secretary, but my responsibilities extended way beyond a pure finance function. In the words of others “Julian’s right hand woman”. A key member of the Executive Team, and responsible for managing a Finance Team of 24. Responsible for financial leadership had a significant role in major projects that contributed to the sustainability, success and culture of the Group ranging from business acquisitions, sourcing finance facilities, IT system implementations, restructuring, succession planning, overhauling performance management systems, implementing policy changes, to project managing social events for 700 people.
