Responsible for leading significant projects, programs and changes across the Global organisation working with all departments to implement changes to processes, systems, policies and regulatory changes. Involved travel to other offices globally as well as working with remote teams. Influenced the design & structure of the project methodologies as project management evolved through Six Sigma, Prince 2, Agile & Lean.Initially started as a project manager within a departmental team, working up and becoming part of a global PMO team in 2003 following working on the merger of the UK company into global US corporate.

Responsible for 22 direct reports that provided support to customers in maintaining their records, answering queries and complaints. I also led several projects that saw the outsourcing of 3rd party clients that we had provided an administration service to, as well as the consolidation of several independent systems into one combined database that stood to serve all clients regardless of their investment types across the organisation.

Joined on a management training program that enabled me to work in a number of positions from serving customers at the cash tills, to providing advice on mortgages, loans and insurances. I was also their School Liaison Officer providing support to local schools in discussing banking with students and providing interview practice, as well as representing the Bank and sponsored sporting events.
