CurrentI'm part of an outstanding communications and engagement team working for a diverse, growing, and vibrant community. My primary responsibilities focus on the city's arts and culture events and programs using project management, digital marketing, and storytelling skills. Using various platforms and systems -- including MailChimp, Brandwatch, WordPress, and Jira -- I create communications plans, project manage and market eight to 10 performances per season for Greeley's Union Colony Civic Center; schedule and create social media posts; coordinate efforts with an external ad agency; request and track graphics, print, and digital marketing materials; create two monthly e-newsletters as well as eBlasts as needed; write news releases; and develop show playbills. For the city's museums I create communications plans, schedule and create social media posts; request and track graphics, print, and digital marketing; place Facebook ads; write blog posts, news releases, and stories as needed and provide communications support for the museums' managers and curators.
