In 2017, I had a miracle baby, the baby that I was told was impossible. At the time, my husband was active duty military and traveled extensively. Due to these circumstances, I elected to focus on parenting and take a career pause. Since then I helped facilitate my husband's military retirement and career transition, managed a cross country move, assisted my son with learning and development, became an amateur gourmet cook, and navigated a pandemic.

• Develops marketing strategy and creates marketing plans, budgets, and programs to drive participation in client’s program.• Prepares creative briefs, enters project tickets, and collaborates with the creative services and production teams on the development and delivery of all marketing projects. • Implements on-brand program advertising and promotional activities to include PR, print advertising, collateral, digital marketing, events, direct marketing, and radio. • Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing/advertising initiatives and adjusts as necessary to meet program goals. • Delivers quarterly business review presentation in conjunction with the program team to an audience of 10+ client team members. • Provides program team and vendor training how to leverage marketing tools to bolster program performance.
