Working with the shipping department doing paperwork for each load of Christmas treesshipped from the Corvallis area. Handled heavy phone loads. Worked with clients helpingthem to make arrangements for delivery of large loads of trees. Interacted with driveshelping them to make there deadlines.

For 18 months I served on the Federal Grand Jury. I worked with prosecuting lawyers oncases that are confidential, took extensive notes, and applied current laws to cases.

Worked at this company to cover for the regular Accounting Manager while she was onmaternity leave. I was responsible for all aspects of the accounting for this company. Iwas responsible for payroll as well as Accounts Payable and Receivable. I worked usingQuick Books Pro and ROM for invoicing and handling inventory.

I handle all paperwork pertaining to the hiring of employee's. Made sure all informationis sent to proper agencies regarding new hires. I work directly will SAIF on employeeclaims making sure the paperwork is filled out properly to help facilitate all claims in atimely manner. Worked with all field supervisors to make sure all employees were paidproperly for their work. I worked daily with spreadsheets, MS WORD and MS EXCEL, OUTLOOK.I also handle a heavy multiple line phone load.

I worked directly with the accounts receivable manager and from time to time with thesales staff, the shipping group, and accounts payable. I was in charge of thedocumentation of all loads of trees shipping out of the country, scanning the documentsand e-mailing them to the proper clients. I handled the FedEx and UPS shipments, alsohelping customers with any questions about there shipments (price and arrival time). Iworked with clients that had problems and helped to resolve them. I worked daily withspreadsheets, MS WORD and MS EXCEL, OUTLOOK. I also handled a heavy phone load.

All aspects of running a construction company. Working with sub contractors, advertising,answering phones, working with clients, and paying bills. I used QuickBooks Pro, MS WORDand MS EXCEL, OUTLOOK, and Windows 98.

Shipping of product as well as making sure the proper documentation is with it. Receivein raw material plus anything else as it comes in and to distributed to the properdepartment. Also I trained new personnel in how to use the forklift in a safe manner.
