As a Broker Associate I am involved in all facets of Real Estate for my clients. In this diverse and ever-changing market, both buyers and sellers need a lot of information, perhaps even "handholding", whatever it takes! I also have a high attention to detail as a result of my previous banking career- nothing like having to justify a decision to an FDIC examiner to make you really careful!

In this position I am in charge of the building environment, weekly Team meetings ( agenda and training), recruiting, helping agents with contract and other real estate issues, and acting as a facilitator at our Leadership Committee meetings. .

Started as a teller in a start up bank ,was promoted to Head Teller and Head Bookkeeper within one year and 3rd officer in the bank (Assistant Cashier) the next year. Left to have child and then resumed work at another local bank as a "floater"- working wherever and doing whatever they needed me to do!
