CurrentWe are a healthcare management company with 37 locations in four states Iowa, Montana, Nebraska and South Dakota. -Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to managers-Direct management on employee relations and performance issues; process complaints and assist with investigations regarding sexual harassment, discrimination. wage and hour, HIPAA and resident abuse-Assist with preparation and review all employee counseling and discharge notices; process unemployment claims, EEOC notices and employment verification; review payroll garnishment orders, payroll status change notice, address wage and hour questions; and assist with wage and hour audits; address and answer employee questions or concerns with policy, wages, and benefits; oversee benefits, compliance and onboarding.
