Responsibilities included both programmatic and instructional support which included: Establishing and maintaining professional relationships between district staff, campus personnel and community stakeholders, coaching teachers/administrators with programmatic and instructional decisions, implement procedures and facilitate district required trainings to ensure identification, assessment and service delivery procedures are accessible and equitable for all populations, manage district GT budget, conduct annual program reviews and actively participate in professional organizations.

Lewisville Isd

Primary responsibilities were to serve as instructional coach to campus GT facilitators via facilitation of curriculum revisions for K-12 GT Curriculum, curriculum delivery support, promote equitable identification practices, plan & implement professional development and assist with management of allocated campus budgets.

Lewisville Isd

Responsibilities included: Write curriculum & provide instructional support to LISD Secondary ELA teachers, assist with planning and implementation of district staff development, communicate district initiatives to teachers & principals, approve district ELA technology integration grants & assist campus principals/department chairs with spending of ARI Funds.

Durham Middle School

In addition to delivering GT services to qualifying students via the ELA TX State Curriculum, coordinator responsibilities included: ELA instructional coach, budget management for both campus ELA Department and GT Program, Plan and conduct regular department meetings, represent campus at district level vertical team meetings, tracking at-risk student performance, maintaining documentation to meet Federal Title One requirements, co-campus testing coordinator and member of Building Leadership Team.

Lake Norman Charter School

Administrative duties included: Marketing school and its programs to perspective parents, management of instructional staff, curriculum developments, student/staff scheduling and regular communications & collaboration with Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
