When I was working at Walmart I was a Customer Service Manager and I did that for 4 years and I learned alot. As a customer service manager, one of my most important roles was leading and motivating a team to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible.I was also expected to know my company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of my team.My duties include: Helping to build good customer relations, Training and development, Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff), Financial responsibilities, making sure the front end was running smoothly and making sure everyone had there breaks and working well.Now this position at CRC research I have been here for 10 years as a Research Coordinator. I'm a experienced and motivated market research recruiter who is highly detail and results oriented. Skilled in interacting with respondents of various professional backgrounds and strictly adhearing to the project guidelines and requirements set forth by clients. I interview repsondents by telephone for participation in consumer oriented focus groups. I update and fill respondent participation records. I also make and program client surveys online so respondents can complete the survey online. I also occasionally assist with training of newly hired recruiters.
