I am a detail oriented and highly adaptable professional with over 14 years of experience in Accounts Payable. I have managed teams ranging from 8 to 17 personnel handling various aspects of Accounts Payable utilizing multiple ERP systems (QAD/LX/SAP), including but not limited to invoice processing, payment processing and participating in both internal and external audits. I have had the opportunity to manage a Procurement Card program with PNC and have reviewed and reconciled expense reports for accuracy and completeness. While I enjoy digging in and doing the daily work, I also enjoy working with team members – understanding how they work, what motivates them and how best to use their skill set, guiding and mentoring them as they continue their career paths. Seeing those around me advance in their careers and being able to play a role in that is a privilege.With a customer service mindset, I strive to provide the best service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and processes are followed appropriately. I am eager to learn new things - always quick to do my own research before seeking assistance from those more experienced, taking advantage of the wealth of knowledge already available on the internet and from my peers.
