- Took a lead role in selection and implementation of new audit software for the Federal Reserve System audit community. Requested to lead the Communications Workgroup, coordinating all communication efforts for 300 auditors across the country, as well as leading the individual Bank contacts for testing and implementation of the new system. -Serve as relationship manager and valued advisor to client management, including official staff. Provide consulting on risk, controls, and processes. -Perform business area and project risk assessments to develop the annual audit plan. -Planned and managed internal audits for various Bank departments including Information Technology, Information Security, Video Surveillance Systems Support, Banking Supervision, Center for Learning Innovations, and Department of Treasury business functions. Audits included both risk based operational audits and project monitoring coverage. - Developed detailed audit plans, including planning, scoping, and performing of risk assessment. Communicated details of engagement and results with senior Audit and business area management. Collaborated on issue remediation.- Oversight responsibilities for three to four direct employees plus college intern, providing ongoing coaching and developmental feedback. - Serve as a member of the Bank’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. Led workshop to define the 2016-2018 strategic plan, resulting in formation of several new committees. Developed employee spotlight videos and served on the Council’s Education Committee.
