Relationship Manager in Institutional Trust & Custody

Created and managed a department within Trust Operations to bring relationship management to the external investment management and consultant community. Due to the complex constantly changing industry, there was a need to offer centralized support for products the business lines created, as well as industry products that lacked support from other areas within Wells Fargo. I was responsible for budget planning, staff reviews and training, customer service and project management.
