• Worked with Wal-Marts modular core group to expand category from 28ft to 80ft over two years.• Utilized market baskets to align adjacency in category. Developed key tracking reports to identify areas of opportunity for business growth. Traveled with buyer on buy trips to develop flow plans for product to arrive in time for season. Accumulated all data to report product taxes to each state. Prepared for audits with state officials and helped settle audits. Developed automated tax returns for state returns that reduce the number of personnel needed to complete this job. Applied for and received over 11 million dollars in tax refund for Wal-Mart.
