I am an adaptive and versatile Retail Manager bringing with me over 25 years experience in the Retail sector. I have completed various NVQ's in Retail services along with management and leadership courses. I also hold 5 GCSE's at grade C or above including English and maths.I currently manage a Retail store in my local town with 3 full time employees and 7 volunteers. I manage the day to day requirements of the store and needs of the team whilst keeping a strong focus on meeting financial targets, sales, expenditure and delivering on business objectives. I have a strong and diverse team of employees and volunteers. I have created an open working environment where the team feel supported, training needs are met and information is shared about the company and store objectives. I am proficient in the use of IT Retail systems including but not limited to CRS, DATIX, X365, Microsoft teams and Office 365. I am self motivated and also work well in a team. I have strong and effective communication and decision making skills, prioritising workload to meet expectations and deliver on deadlines. Every task is approached with positivity and initiative.I have a clean driving licence in case of travel.
