Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education & Student Affairs Senior Vice President for Institutional Diversity, Equity & Community Engagement• Budget and finance management, financial training, Student Services Fee reports, financial reports, analyze, and statistics• Cultivate an environment that fosters community through relationships, service, and accountability (hire, train, and supervise Student Assistants/Graduate Assistants)• Divisional organization for 41 departments, coordinate events, personnel issues, daily balance, accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing• Budget and Financial Support to 3 Divisions consuming of 41 departments• Reconcile and Audit of accounts• Review scholarship and award the scholarships • Ability to work well with others, self-motivated with strong background of leadership and teamwork, as well as strong organizational and time management. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, MoneyGuidePro, and Morning Star Principia. Also, have had exposure in TaxWise.
