I was employed as a silver service waitress, but ended up being the cleaner, getting guest up for breakfast, "doing" the rooms, preparing the bar area for lunch, serving lunch, whether it was in the main restuarant or bar meals. Preparing and serving afternoon teas, ensuring that the public toilets were always clean, and then after 12 hours work, flaking out, either to start again the next day, or getting ready for school !!!
