I’ve been growing my professional career in accounting for more than 30 years. I’ve touched multiple industries – oil and gas, health care, higher education. Most recently, I’ve enjoyed a fast-paced 10-year career at a university with a $100+ million annual budget. In addition to performing financial analyses and forecasting necessary for budgeting and planning, I developed a detailed revenue model for projecting future income, gave multiple presentations at various higher education conferences around Texas, and honed my Excel skills. I have extensive knowledge of Banner, the business management software used by most colleges and universities, and was involved in the implementation of many of the Banner modules. I am a Certified Fraud Examiner.
