Working with the Next Product Operations team gave me the opportunity to project manage the technical integration of numerous retailers and well-known brands into the successful e-commerce marketplace, Total Platform.In addition to managing stakeholder relationships, this role required the creation of clear technical documentation and the ability to define bespoke development requirements to ensure the reliable exchange of data across multiple partners. It gave me the opportunity to understand the end to end process of integration, testing and troubleshooting messaging code including XML and JSON APIs.Working on the Platform Plus model under the Total Platform initiative has been an exciting journey of growth, from a handful of partners to a large-scale commercial model.

- Internal Communications business partner to a new Managing Director and team of Directors- Established an ongoing dialogue across a global colleague group through regular 'all colleague' events such as video conferences, leader-led learning events and virtual town halls; using online platforms to share real time insights and feedback- Leading the Colleague Engagement agenda, establishing a network of 'site leaders' to ensure all colleagues had a local outlet for their views and identifying key indicators of engagement to track the effectiveness of initiatives.
