With over 15 years experience in the NHS working as a skilled and valued operational and strategic healthcare leader, I am a Senior Healthcare Planner Consultant at Strategic Healthcare Planning, where I design, develop and support the implementation of models of care and guide them to deliver the built environment that is needed. As a proven "performer, deliverer" and successful manager of many multiple multi-disciplinary teams, I have worked through times of highly increased pressures and pride myself on being a major contributor to many transformation programmes that have led to delivering high quality of care for patients.My NHS years has given me the foundations to deliver positive change and innovation in healthcare environments through future-proofed pathway and care redesign. My last Capital Project Management Programme role delivered clinical transformation from concept to occupation for Emergency and Acute services as they relocated into the UK's latest built Urgency and Emergency Care Centre.
