Debbie Wynne, MSEd., LPC-S, LCPAA, RPT-S, is Director of International Therapeutic Services with Buckner International. Responsible for the therapeutic services and program operations offered by Buckner's family preservation and child permanency programs in Kenya, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Dominican Republic, and Honduras. Debbie has over 30 years of experience leading foster care, domestic and intercountry adoption, and global family permanency programs. Debbie serves as a Board Member for both the Buckner Perú and Buckner Dominicana NGOs.
