Debbie is a Senior Commercial & Contracts Professional (CCP), a Business Excellence & Executive Coach and a certified DISC Behaviour Analyst. She is a graduate of the Solaris Executive Leadership Development program (class of 2023-24).As a CCP, Debbie works and consult with organisations and teams to identify and develop business opportunities and profitably manage their projects and contracts. Her area of focus is increasing business revenue, adding value, protecting business interest, resolving commercial issues, ensuring compliance, minimising risk exposure, cost reduction and avoidance.As a Business Excellence & Executive Coach, she specialises in coaching women to progress boldly in their career and empower (aspiring) leaders to unveil the treasure within, so that they can make a wealthy contribution to their immediate environment, to others and inspire future generations to do the same.
