Debbie has spent her 20+ year Marketing career leading growth initiatives, branding, shaping sales strategies, developing consumer insights, and managing multi-channel campaigns in B2B/B2C, large organizations and start-ups in travel, media and entertainment. She currently leads Clip Media Group, a marketing & creative agency working with luxury clients and non-profits to improve marketing strategies, fine-tune media plans, increase brand awareness, and improve digital experiences through data-driven playbooks and strategic creative.Her success in the role captured the attention of Forbes, Fortune, and Entrepreneur magazines in 2022, when they named her a Long Island Business Leader and from Long Island Business News (@LIBN), including her in the 2021 list of the "Top 50 Women in Business". Prior, she spent time as CRO at a seed-stage startup after leading Marketing for Vantage Deluxe World Travel, where she was focused on top line revenue via CRM, performance marketing, building up the marketing function, and other initiatives to drive business growth. Earlier in her career, she was GM/Chief Operating Officer at Minacs Marketing solutions, a Concentrix Company, building up a B2B SaaS Mar-Tech product for OEMs and dealers to manage lifecycle marketing. She also held roles with progressive responsibility at Bertelsmann Music Group where she was part of the executive team who managed the largest direct-to-consumer entertainment subscription business and distributor of media products in the US with $1 billion in annual revenue, 13MM members and 24 multi-platform businesses.Debbie is knowledgeable in every aspect of running a large corporation and brings this experience to the table when working with clients. She has launched new brands, penetrated new markets, raised millions for non-profits, and led rebranding and transformation initiatives as CMO and CRO for both international and national brands from $1 million to $350 million in revenue.
