Managed day-to-day operations of residential real estate company (residential); took company from $2 million in income to $6 million in one year.Oversaw and successfully implemented entire process of recruiting, training and retaining independent real estate sales associates and company staff.

Member of the Executive Board - Gulf County Florida Repulican PartyServing on the state Budget Committee for RPOF.

Conducted speaking engaements and skills training events (averaging up to 120 live dates per year) on topics such as real estate sales, real estate law, buyer’s representation, pre- and post- broker licensing courses, real estate Continuing Education courses, broker level training on recruitment and retention, and other business issues, as well as topics such as motivation and marketing and communication.
