Part of an award winning team, providing mobile customers with an initial point of contact to the company. Dealing with customer account queries via both incoming calls and emails relating to billing, travel, bolt ons, tariff allowances etc Providing administration services for Account Managers, customers as well as general internal admin tasks.

I was responsible for identifying and liasing with potential customers. This involved building a pipeline of leads and arranged time appropriate callbacks (in line with the expiry of their current contracts). Culminating in making appointments for one of our account managers.
