I successfully coach people, from all walks of life whether senior leaders in the private, public and voluntary sectors or, those who want to bring about a change in their personal life. I design, develop and facilitate a wide range of leadership training programs and, have a reputation for identifying and exploring the insights that achieve real shifts in behaviour. I effectively empower individuals and organisations to grow, develop and thrive.

I initiated and implemented the successful delivery of local, regional and national public sector change. Throughout this time it was the improvement in quality to the person at the delivery point that remained at the locus of my efforts. I designed and delivered training programmes and also worked as an executive coach to senior executives and leaders in businesses and organisations, supporting personal growth and development and that of their role within the organisation.

Working as a member of a a small team, with the responsibility for the development of a vision and outline business case for 5 LAs and designing the operating model for a new Integrated Education Service. This organisation will deliver a range of quality services that will drive future achievement of schools, children and young people.

I was part of the Executive Coaching Programme accredited by the EMCC to Senior Practitioner Status

During this time I led a team of consultants to design and deliver Personal Tutoring for all secondary schools in the country. I was the Process lead in the West Midlands and led the implementation of the Targeted Youth Support reforms throughout this region and contributed to a number of other projects, within the agency, in support of educational workforce reform.

As a headteacher, extended schools and remodelling consultant for Plymouth LA I worked to bring about major change within the community, including being the first school in the country to be given the ‘Power to Innovate’ by the Secretary of State.
