I have numerous nursing skills including CPR, ACLS, IV insertion and care, Vascular Catheter and Infusaport care, teaching and education for a patient's needs, conscious sedation skills, endoscopy skills, administrative duties, knowledge in policy and procedures, OSHA requirements, personnel manuals, creating charts for outpatient centers, skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.My goal is to write a book helping putting the care back into our health field system. We need 8 hour shifts back into place for older nurses who can't work 12 hours (these are our skilled nurses). I would like my book to include teaching of technical skills and communication skills between nurses and patients.
