In my previous role as Senior Account Manager my role was to manage relationships with existing and new sales consultants to provide training, sales knowledge, industry news and essentially act as a support function ensuring all consultants are in the best position to grow their sales by up-selling cost effective, resilient telecom solutions and new technologies along with all other business utilities.I was also responsible for effective relationship management with sales channels and customers providing timely and accurate pricing with a focus on customer experience for all utilities - gas, electricity, telecoms and water procurement, direct business opportunity development, sales channel mnagement, CRM management, supplier and industry consciousness and business critical sales KPI's.Throughout my tenure in sales I have always completed the full sales cycle from generating my own leads to completing the sale and feel that I would be an asset to any future employer.
