Previous positions include Director of Revenue Cycle for large healthcare organizations, Director of Health Information & Transcription for a large medical group, Director of Health Information for an integrated health system, and Regional Manager of a release of information outsource vendor in Wisconsin, Illinois, and New York States.She is highly motivated healthcare leader with over 30 years of leadership experience. Successful at building and leading high performing departments. Results-driven leader proficient in managing employees at multiple locations, change management, process improvement, and workforce optimization. Sound experience and demonstrated success in production management, process improvement, and employee development. Repeatedly recognized and promoted into progressively responsible roles for consistent year-over-year performance improvement.Debbie is an active member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), and Wisconsin Health Information Management Association (WHIMA). She has lead several teams and has served three terms on the WHIMA Board of Directors in the capacities of President and Director.In her spare time, Debbie enjoys travelling and cycling.
