Focused on affordability for students by maintaining tuition rates at 65% less than Berklee’s campus programs.2012 to 2023:In collaboration with my incredible team, we accomplished the following so far:- Increased revenue generation by 317%, from $12M to $50M - Increased surplus generation by 1,025%, from $1.6M to $18M - Grew online enrollments by 125%, from 8,000 to 18,000 - Established a student-centric culture resulting in a 97% student satisfaction rateAlso a music educator and published author with 100+ music education methods books and arrangements written for Carl Fischer, First Act, Alfred Publishing, and Warner Bros. Publications. The lead and founder of the Grammy award-winning children’s music group "Debbie and Friends" with a YouTube channel of original cartoon music videos boasting more than 20 million views. Recently served on the UPCEA Board of Governors, the Boston Higher Education Innovation Council, and was honored with the She Rocks “Inspire Award,” and Boston’s “50 on Fire Award” for Education. Also a volunteer musician with “Musicians On Call,” singing and playing music bedside for brave young patients at Boston's "Floating Hospital for Children" at Tufts Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital in the Ryan Seacrest Studios. Performed weekly live streamed shows online for families with young children during the height of COVID.
