With over 25 years of senior management experience I have worked as Managing Director and Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development in the construction and building materials markets. During this time I have formulated and implemented strategic plans and lead sales & design teams to deliver consistent profitable growth across UK and International Markets. I am focused and like to achieve the goals I set for myself and others. I enjoy working in a team and like to build long-term relationships. I have managed complicated supply channels including specifiers, B2B, distributers & agents: it is all about finding solutions to challenges.
